I wanted to share with you today of some of what I get in my inbox weekly from Guideposts. I enjoy their website and also their magazine subscription very much. They offer a ton of inspirational stories. They also have available free inspirational ebooks. Great resource for Christian moms and grandmothers. =)

A couple of years ago, some very sweet friends gifted us with a long weekend in their cottage in a place much like Sweethaven. A com­munity where the houses are passed down through the generations, rich with history and filled with stories. I began to imagine the women of this small town scrapbooking together while the summer sun waned and their children caught lightning bugs.
