Here I am again on “depression.” We know the motto; “God helps those who help themselves”
Many people think that this quotation comes from the Bible…it is not found there.
According to “Wikipedia” and taken from there…
It has been commonly attributed to Benjamin Franklin, the modern English wording appears earlier in Algernon Sidney’s work
Going back to the scriptures I found these…
Deuteronomy 31:8

Exercise, I’ve been a little slack on this for a couple of days. Need to get back to it…it helps!!
Natural Remedies, It has become common that natural herbs and supplements can alleviate depression…and I have found this to be true. Do a search on Google for “natural remedies for depression” and you will get a ton of results. =)
I have looked up scriptures for “judging others”
According to my faith and upbringing, judging others is definitely a sin. It’s real easy to point fingers and “even I” have done so. Everyone has done this sometime in their lives. We are all born into a sinful world.
Acts 3:19-21
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
